Meet the baker/actor/director/singer…

Heather-Liz Copps is from upstate New York where she lives with her loving, supportive fiance, John (who made her beautiful logo), and her cat, Martini. She has been performing and baking since age 5. As a theatre artist, she’s been a part of numerous professional, academic, and community theatre productions. As a baker, she’s usually called upon by family and friends for desserts for every occasion from the holidays to Tuesdays. Though she never went to culinary school (though she strongly considered it), she did study theatre, and received her BA in Theatre Arts (Directing) from Marymount Manhattan College, and her MA in Theatre History & Criticism from the Catholic University of America. She is an Equity Membership Candidate.
