Big News!

I am so excited to share that I am in the running to be named “Greatest Baker of 2020” by Bake from Scratch Magazine and Stuffed Puffs. The winner of this competition will receive a feature in Bake from Scratch Magazine, a year’s supply of Stuffed Puffs, and $10,000!

The winner will be decided through several rounds of public voting. The first round of voting begins on October 27th at 2pm EDT and runs through November 5th. You can visit my profile and vote directly from there. Everyone is eligible to vote once per day for free (and you can purchase more votes if you’re so inclined). Why Do I Want to Win You Ask?

Other than the bragging rights, and the amazing opportunity to be featured in Bake from Scratch Magazine, and $10,000? My dream with Center Stage Sweets is to be able to publish a cook book (or a few) with all of my recipes and stories. I’m hoping that this competition will help me on my way to that dream. The exposure and recognition from winning would definitely give me a huge shove in the right direction.

And as for the cash – well, my fiancé and I are looking for a new home soon, and that kind of money would be a huge help to our down payment. We’re going to need a place with an absolutely fabulous kitchen to keep shooting our tutorial videos. Also, we’ve learned that the baking tools and supplies we need don’t come cheap. So this kind of funding would really help us be able to test and produce more recipes to share with all of you.
